Great central location in princeville, very clean and loved that it had an ac unit in room. Appreciated the mirror in bathroom and comfortable bed! Plus towels and beach gear! If neighbors are above you, you can hear them pretty clearly but everyone was quiet at night!!

Soroush is a great host! The apartment is very cute and clean, updated inside. It rained the entire time and we were there for a few days strictly to hike. We got so muddy. There is an awesome water hose available in the parking lot. It was a great help. Laundry soap was provided and it was just a sweet touch for us. The grounds across the road are gorgeous. We walked down for several meals at the old St Regis hotel, called 1 Hotel. We found hand weights on the porch when we left and would have totally used them but missed that perk! Clean sofa and nice big tv by huge bed was wonderful after our big hikes- we watched lots of olympics.

A perfect retreat for us. The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. We especially loved the quiet hours starting at 9pm—such a peaceful touch that made our evenings feel calm and intimate and our early mornings easy. The host was wonderful and communication was effortless. We left feeling refreshed and would happily return.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and had all the things we needed for our stay. Plenty of beach supply’s and cooking supplies . Location was perfect. Our parking spot was right next to our patio area and the condo was so clean and inviting. Everything in the condo looked brand new and freshly renovated. We hope to stay again next year.

We so loved our stay in Princeville. The location was perfect for adventuring and relaxing by the pool or in the ocean. So nice to spend mornings on the lanai, which feels very private. The area is so beautiful. Soroush was so responsive and gave lots of help recommendations and instructions.

A very nice centrally located place to stay in the beautiful North Shore of Kauai. We especially loved the lanai and the open kitchen. Laundry was a bonus. I also appreciated the code entry instead of having to deal with a key. Host was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.
