So Happy I found this clean and remodeled studio for the 2 days I extended my Kauai trip. I am an Airbnb owner in Princeville and have Beautified my own 2 condos from head to toe for guest. So I really appreciate the thoughtful touches and tasteful decor with a modern remodel. This complex has a heated pool which is very rare in Princeville, also a jacuzzi. The unit is very easy to find from the parking lot, and upstairs unit makes it best. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. 5 Stars! 🌟

Had a great stay here the neighborhood is beautiful. The Airbnb was clean and spacious. Also was super nice that beach towels,umbrellas and chairs was provided. It is right near Hanalei which was also beautiful. Foodland is also right down the block. Would come back here and recommend it!

The studio apartment was set up great for our short stay. We did not use the pool area or kitchen because we had other friends on the island we were spending time with. There is a small fridge and hot plate in the kitchen. With good planning you can manage to cook for yourselves. We really appreciated the shampoo and conditioner provided. The location is excellent!

Great central location in princeville, very clean and loved that it had an ac unit in room. Appreciated the mirror in bathroom and comfortable bed! Plus towels and beach gear! If neighbors are above you, you can hear them pretty clearly but everyone was quiet at night!!

Soroush is a great host! The apartment is very cute and clean, updated inside. It rained the entire time and we were there for a few days strictly to hike. We got so muddy. There is an awesome water hose available in the parking lot. It was a great help. Laundry soap was provided and it was just a sweet touch for us. The grounds across the road are gorgeous. We walked down for several meals at the old St Regis hotel, called 1 Hotel. We found hand weights on the porch when we left and would have totally used them but missed that perk! Clean sofa and nice big tv by huge bed was wonderful after our big hikes- we watched lots of olympics.

Probably one the best AirBnBs I've stayed at. The listings photos looked great but it was even better in person. It's decorated nicely, the location is great and the big lanai was the cherry on top. Would highly recommend!

My second time staying here and will definitely continue to do so whenever we are back on the island! This place is perfect in a perfect location near sightseeing locations. Near the supermarket and restaurants. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great place to stay! Just a short drive to many beaches. The space was clean and well thought through with the beach chairs and snorkeling equipment as well as black out curtains for sleeping. Check in and out was also simple!

A perfect retreat for us. The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. We especially loved the quiet hours starting at 9pm—such a peaceful touch that made our evenings feel calm and intimate and our early mornings easy. The host was wonderful and communication was effortless. We left feeling refreshed and would happily return.
