This studio is heavenly. It was just remodeled and I think I was only the second person to stay in it. Everything was top-notch. I would stay here again and again. Thank you for such a wonderful day and being such a wonderful host.

Let me just say that Soroush's place is so lovely and I am glad that I ended up staying here and plan to return the next time I visit. Highly recommend 🙌🫶. Mahalo 🌺 and a hui hou!! Pros: It is very peaceful area plus there is a really good restaurantthat is less than 5min away (Lotus Garden Chinese and thai cuisine). And the tiki bar next to it. Almost everyday there is live music 🎶. I found out the stay was recently remodeled. There are plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas if you need it. There are ceiling fans but a portable A/C if you need it as well. Also, he was very communicative and open to answering any questions/concerns relatively quickly. Cons: not really related to his place itself and out of the owner's controll. The outside is not well lit. However if you follow his instructions plus there is a map across the condo you can find it. But I recommend to come during the daylight to find it if you don't see very well

Super Clean and comfortable! Exceeded our expectations and accomidated our family every need. Property is located in a beautiful setting with breathtaking backdrops. Beautiful beaches and lookouts near. Will definitely search for this property nxt visit to kauai.

The condo was gorgeous and well stocked. Everything you need in the kitchen. Provided laundry detergent, salt and pepper and little things you just don’t want to have to buy. Everything is recently updated and modern. AC worked great. Comfortable bed. Beautiful space. Walls are thin but all neighbors observed “quiet time” at 9pm. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was in a great location and very quiet, especially during quiet hours. We were able to walk to some restaurants and if not, some main shopping centers were within a 5 minute drive. We loved having princeville be our home base for all of our adventures. Our hosts were very responsive when we needed something and did their best to make our stay at comfortable as possible. We enjoyed our time and would definitely come back!

Staying at Soroush’s and Justin’s studio was a pleasure. The place was super clean and had all the comforts of being our home away from home. We loved that the place had A/C and free parking. Check-in was very convenient. We look forward to staying here again! Stay here if you are looking for a quiet, serene, and relaxing place to stay while at the North Shore.

Soroush’s place was absolutely perfect for what we needed. It was clean, relaxing and had all the amenities for cooking at home and washing our beach laundry. I would definitely stay here again, it was a 10/10 experience for us :-)

I loved my stay at this Princeville studio! The place feels super fresh and modern, with a comfy bed, a nice little kitchenette, and a lanai that was perfect for morning coffee. The AC was a lifesaver after being out in the sun, and having beach gear ready to go made things so easy. The location couldn’t be better, close to Hanalei, amazing beaches, and just a short walk to shops and food at Princeville Center. I also really appreciated being able to relax at the pool and hot tub after a day of exploring. Overall, it was the perfect home base for enjoying the North Shore. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m on Kauai!

Boendet var över våra förväntningar. Fint och fridfullt område. Fräsch lägenhet och otroligt skön säng!! Bra läge nära Hanalei Bay. Skulle absolut rekommendera boendet till nära och kära.
